To upgrade or change your subscription plan, simply login to your SortResume.ai account and navigate to the Billing page. From there, you can select a new plan that best fits your needs and proceed with the upgrade. The change in the subscription plan will take effect immediately.
To subscribe to our Free plan, a valid credit card is required. This measure helps us prevent fraudulent activity and ensure a trustworthy user community. Rest assured, your card will only be charged if you choose to purchase additional credits or upgrades. We take your privacy seriously — all payment information is securely processed and stored in Stripe.
Yes, you can still use all the features normally, but you will not be able to score additional resumes until your quota resets at the end of your monthly billing cycle.
Alternatively, you can purchase additional credits.
Your monthly resume quota will restart at the end of your monthly billing cycle.
If you have purchased additional resume credits and haven’t spent them in this month, they will roll over to the next month without an expiration date.
However if you haven’t fully spent the monthly quota that comes with your plan, those resumes don’t roll over to the next month.
To cancel your SortResume.ai subscription, please follow these steps:

To view your subscription billing history, log in to your SortResume.ai account and go to the “Billing” section. Here, you can access all the invoices and payment information related to your subscription.
You can make payments for your SortResume.ai subscription using your credit card.

If you miss a subscription payment due to a failed credit card, your SortResume.ai service may be temporarily suspended. To resume service, please update the credit card as soon as possible. If you have any difficulties or questions, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
Invoices for your subscription charges are automatically sent by our credit card processor, Stripe, to the email associated with your account.
Due to heavy demand, we have no discounts or promotions at this time. Keep in mind that promotions and discounts may be subject to change.
We hold our customers responsible for managing their accounts, credit limits, and overages. Refunds are only applicable to the current subscription charge on your account, not for overage charges from the prior month or additional charges added to your account. Please note that we incur significant charges to index your content and respond to chatbot queries.
If you feel that a refund is justified, please respond directly to hello@sortresume.ai to begin the discussion about a possible refund. We ask that you cancel your account first to process a full refund to speed up the potential refund process.
We will respond to your request within 24-48 hours. Your refund request will be timestamped and honored when you send your email. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
